What started as a throwaway comment has quickly become reality. I was hoping to raise $1,000 - which would fund a house set up for someone getting off the streets - and if so I declared that I would get a mullet haircut!
Please have a look at Youth Project's website to see the amazing work they do: https://www.youthprojects.org.au/
We happened to raise a whopping $1200 for this wonderful cause. $250 alone was due to the dedicated students attending the homerooms in the morning to drum up donations. Thank you to these fabulous students!
Today, in the Theatre, the students voted on the type of ‘mullet’, and then Julie Matricardi-Old went to work. Thank you to Julie for her great scissor work, and Matt Sundblom for the I T assistance.
